Booking Your Hotel Room for the 2012 PES General Meeting

The 2012 PES General Meeting will be held in the exceptional facilities of the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California, where a sleeping room block has been secured for attendees of the 2012 GM.

Please note that our hotel block expires 25 June, 2012 or when it is full, whichever comes first.

RESERVE YOUR ROOMS SOON! ONCE THE BLOCK IS FULL, IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN SPACE IN THE CONFERENCE HOTEL DUE TO OTHER EVENTS SCHEDULED IN THE FACILITY!

The conference room block extends from Friday night, 20 July through Thursday night, 26 July. The negotiated rate is $205 USD/night based on single occupancy, plus $20 USD per night for each additional guest up to a maximum of four people. The Grand Club concierge level rate is available for an additional$50USD/night based on availability. A limited number of rooms will be available at the group rate for three days before and after the block dates.
